I would like to propose an enhancement to the current dashboard customization and sharing capabilities. Currently, not all of our end users possess the technical expertise to create custom dashboard views for efficiently filtering and locating specific information.
While we can share custom workflows with other users, any updates made to the columns or other aspects of the view do not automatically propagate to those with whom the view has been shared. This necessitates resending the updated view each time a change is made. Additionally, when a workflow is shared, the recipient must manually open and save it for it to appear as a custom view in their dashboard.
To address these challenges, I propose the following enhancements:

Administrator-Created Custom Views: Allow administrators to create custom dashboard views that can be posted on a SharePoint site or automatically pushed to the dashboards of other users or user groups within our organization. These views should update automatically for all users whenever the administrator makes changes.

Company Dashboard: Introduce a company-wide dashboard created by the administrator that is visible to all account users. This dashboard could include relevant "Insights" that can be shared with non-Ironclad users, such as executives and board members.
These enhancements would streamline the process of sharing and updating custom views, ensuring that all users have access to the most current and relevant information without requiring additional steps. I believe these changes would significantly improve our efficiency and user experience.
