Some of our end users would like the ability to add attachments within the Activity Feed that are not draft agreements. For example, an important email change or an approval that was done via email.
We do this now using the email icon. You copy the workflow email and forward your message with attachments, approvals, etc. to that email and it shows up in the Activity. This adds the documents to the workflow and allows you to leave them in the activity or add them to the workflow as a new or revised document.

We like to verify entity status with the SOS on our vendor contracts, and generally I screenshot from the SOS and add it to a comment created in the Word editor. However, if that is the only notation, it forces the final reviewer to have to open up and accept/delete the comment. A screenshot and a note in the Activity Feed would be much cleaner.
