I searched our Community to locate an answer, but it seems no one has yet asked this. I do have this question in with Ironclad Support after their first answer did not stick.
Mainly, what we are asking is: Can Ironclad Sandbox test to NetSuite or must we test in Production Mode?
For Sandbox test workflows, is there a test workflow ID that we can use to test NetSuite integration? We tried to figure this out and we see a specific URL for Sandbox IC-##, but it did not work/could not access that Sandbox specific workflow.
Our workaround, if we cannot test using Sandbox, is to test in Production environment, which is not ideal.
