The Activity Feed is a great way to keep track of and get caught up on the history of a Workflow. We use it a lot for providing instructions to approvers/participants with a role later in the process. Many times, those important messages get overtaken by other updates, requiring users to scroll or search to find it (which they tend not to do). It would be really nice to have the option to "pin" important messages so that they remain at the top of the feed even after weeks of activity.
