Automating NDAs

Hello,

Has anyone had success automating NDAs for most NDA types? We are looking to allow our business to self-serve NDAs. If there are redlines by the counterparty, Legal would step in to review. A couple of hurdles we are facing:

1. How do we verify the counterparty name is correct?

2. What purpose statements are you using? The concern being that if we use a generic purpose it may gut the use limitation section.

3. Do you perform QCs to ensure the business is following directions?

4. How was automating/self-service the NDA received by the business?

5. How much Legal/Contracts time did your company save in pushing this to business?

I'm interested in learning more from anyone who has successfully, or unsuccessfully automated/self-service NDA.
