When interacting with documents in a workflow, the primary document versions are clearly emphasized, which makes sense given their central role. However, there are often additional documents that need to be included (either for internal participants or to be sent to the counterparty) and adding these is also an important part of the workflow experience.
Currently, the option to add documents via the small plus icon is easy to miss. To align with modern user expectations for file uploads, it may be helpful to enhance the visibility of this feature and introduce drag-and-drop functionality. This would make it more intuitive for users to add supporting documents as part of their workflow.
