It would be very useful if we (if not everyone then at least Admins) could see workflows where the launch forms have been partially filled out and saved but not yet submitted on the Dashboard under the "Create" stage. We often get questions from users asking about where to find their draft workflows, because it's not intuitive for them to have to click on "New" then "Start a workflow" to find workflows that they've technically already started.
