Hi Ironclad Product Team,
I hope you're doing well. I’d like to suggest a few reporting charts that I believe would provide valuable insights to users and further strengthen Ironclad’s out-of-the-box analytics capabilities. These would be especially useful for legal operations teams looking to better understand contract risk, negotiation trends, and data completeness.
Here are a few ideas for additional visualizations:
Risk Level vs. Contract Value
A chart that plots contracts by risk level (e.g., High, Medium, Low) against their respective contract values. This would help teams quickly assess whether high-value agreements carry greater risk exposure and inform prioritization.
Most Negotiated Provisions
A visualization that highlights the most frequently negotiated or redlined clauses across contracts (e.g., indemnity, termination, governing law). This could be based on tracked clause versions or negotiation metadata.
Empty Data Points
A dashboard widget or chart that displays the number of records with incomplete or missing key metadata fields (e.g., effective date, counterparty, renewal term). This would be helpful for identifying and correcting data gaps.
Additional ideas you might consider:
Amendment Frequency: A chart showing which contracts or contract types are most frequently amended post-signature. This can provide insight into whether certain agreements require better initial scoping or templating.
Clause Adoption by Template: A visualization showing how often certain standard or fallback clauses are used across templates and how clause choice correlates with negotiation timelines.
Please let me know if any of these are already in development or if there’s a forum where these ideas would be better submitted. I’d be happy to expand on any of these use cases if helpful.
Best,
Isis
