We’d like to request the addition of common business clauses typically found in SaaS agreements to Ironclad’s out-of-the-box clause suggestions and clause library. These clauses are frequently negotiated and would benefit from standardized metadata support to enable better tracking and reporting across workflows.
In particular, we’re requesting support for the following clauses:
- Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Uptime commitments
- Support and response time obligations
- Data ownership and return/destruction
- Disaster recovery and business continuity
- Data Privacy
- Data Security
- Data Residency
- Data Access Restrictions
- Usage restrictions and acceptable use
Adding these to the clause library would allow users to more easily create corresponding metadata tags in Data Manager and improve visibility into risk and obligations across SaaS agreements.
