Sharing a couple product suggestions that would improve system navigation.
- Access family tree on workflow and/or record page: Right now, the only way to access the full family tree is through the dashboard preview panel for a record. If you're working on a workflow, you are forced to go to a new tab and page to access the full family tree, which is tedious.
- Access status pill on workflow and/or record page: It would be ideal to see the dashboard status pill on the actual workflow and/or record page, and to be able to take action on the status pill (e.g., terminate a record) from there vs. having to do it from the dashboard.
In both cases, the problem is that users are having to kick out to multiple pages/tabs to see a full picture of a workflow and/or record, as well as take action on it. Having everything accessible and manageable in one place would be a less clunky experience.
