In order to help ease the need for manual data entry (and more errors), I would like to be able to tie multiple "entities" into a single workflow. For instance:
A subcontractor = Vendor under entities
If we have a subcontractor - I want to include that entity as a counterparty and have those fields pre-populate from the appropriate entity.
Specific site or project that we are working on = Customer under entities
In the same workflow I need to be able to use entities to pre-populate the data for the Vendor, but then later in the workflow, be able to search the Customer and have those properties also pre-populated upon selection. Is this a possibility? It would be a huge game changer if it is, but I haven't been able to find any articles or videos discussing this.
