Hello community,
Anyone else feel a burning anger when it's the end of the quarter and you have to bash Insights on the head with a hammer to get even mildly useful data from it? I hope I'm not the only one screaming into the void of Ironclad Support with my reporting woes.
I just want to find out how long the approval time is for a select number of users... yet when I filter to those users, I still get every other approver on their workflow in my chart. Keep in mind, I have already filtered to just the three users I care about, but because they are added as an additional approver to the workflow, the workflow has them and the workflow owner listed as approvers. A visual:

So what's the answer? I'm told to download a CSV and make the chart I want in excel. I don't know about y'all, but I don't find this to be an acceptable solution. The purpose of a CLM is to create all these workflows to collect data... to then report on that data. Preferably in system. I also want to be clear that this is just one example of how reporting in Insights is insufficient.
I'm now working with our data team to have Ironclad data migrate through Snowflake to Looker so I can create a dashboard there because I can't get the information I need easily from Ironclad. I find this to be a huge gaping hole in their product.
While I'm here, I'd also like to know who else would be extremely interested in being able to filter by group. They did this big update to groups in the admin settings yet I still can't filter by them. Those three users in the above example? All members of the same group. But I have to type their names individually to filter. Fine for teams of three, but what if I wanted to filter by a larger group, such as sales? What am I supposed to sit here and type over 50 users into the filter bar?
Apologies for the rant, I really am looking for other Ironclad customers and users that are running into the same problems so I know I'm not alone. And yes, the subject line is to get the attention of someone at Ironclad as well - hope it works.
Thanks all!
Becca
