Is anyone aware of a setting which makes any drafts emailed from the workflow default to PDF, instead of Word?
We create Order Forms which we send on to Sales Reps who in turn share with customers, so right now we manually change to PDF every time, which is quite clunky.
I get that this is a different use case from the majority of ironclad use, which involves sharing things for the very purpose of amending! But the ability to set defaults per workflow would be very helpful (eg. PDFs for Order Forms, but Word for negotiated MSAs).
Any ideas welcome! Thank you.
