Tap AI to jumpstart the contracting process and accelerate reviews
Accurate, actionable data is the foundation of modern contract management, so we're excited to share several updates designed to improve your AI outputs in both CLM and in Jurist.
- Jurist guided prompts: Step-by-step prompting guidance helps you get reliable, trustworthy outputs without becoming a prompt engineer. You can continue using the prompt bar, prompt library, or guided prompts to produce the output you need to do your best work.
- Upgraded AI models for enhanced data extraction: We made major improvements to our AI models to deliver improved data integrity and metadata extraction from your contracts.
- Structured address fields for better data organization: Smart Import and Run AI automatically organize addresses as multi-line objects, delivering the clean, structured data you need for seamless reporting and integrations. API users will also be able to benefit, with more details here. Applicable for addresses in the US, UK, Canada, Mexico, China, Germany, France, Japan, Switzerland, Italy, and India.
Streamline your workflows with enhanced usability and control over contract, document, and entity management
- Document Management: Preview and adjust signature packet elements while editing DOC, DOCX, and PDF attachments directly in Ironclad – no more switching tools or losing workflow control.
- Global Clauses: We’ve enhanced Global Clauses with embedded dynamic properties (like counterparty names, dates, and other context-aware elements) for consistent management while reducing manual work.
- Self-Service Entity Creation: Business users can create entities directly within their contracting workflows for faster supplier onboarding and contract execution.
Understand your contracting relationships aligned to a counterparty’s corporate structure
- Contract Families: Gain a complete view of your contracting relationships with Contract Families on the Entity profile page to link related contracts with an entity.
- Entity Families: Establish parent-child relationships between entities to help users understand the counterparty’s corporate structure.
- Corporate Hierarchy Contract View: Access an aggregated view of all contracts across a parent entity and its subsidiaries, helping identify opportunities to standardize terms and negotiate discounts.
Additional features:
- New Language Support: translated Ironclad CLM experiences for contract requestors are now available in Vietnamese, Portuguese, Latin American Spanish, and Italian.
- Salesforce Integration — Workflow Notification Links: System-generated notifications will now include a call-to-action for users to address the action directly in Salesforce. This allows users who primarily work in Salesforce stay focused while not breaking flow.
- Security & Data Pro: In-App Audit Logs: Users will now be able to easily generate audit log events reports directly in Ironclad. Filter and sort by time, actor, event type, and data, or export the results to a CSV file for further analysis.
