I've recently begun migrating a few key customer obligations into Ironclad, but am finding the functionality to be quite limited since its initial release. So far, the #1 issue I have is that to assign someone to an Obligation means granting them edit access to the entire contact. I had hoped using Obligations would allow me to automate some of the notices to SMEs that wouldn't be involved in the contract beyond their specific obligation (e.g. Breach Notice is handled by the Privacy Team, but I don't want to give them edit access to anything else in Ironclad). I have a laundry-wish-list of other enhancements to this functionality but am curious to hear more about how others are using it.
