Hello,
Has anyone encountered issues where the date of last signature on a workflow reflects the UTC time zone, rather than the actual local time when a vendor signed an agreement? For example, we've seen cases where a document was signed late in the evening (local time), but Ironclad recorded the execution date as the next day due to UTC conversion. This has caused confusion, especially when the signature date on the document and the workflow record do not match.
Using the UTC time zone appears to be the default setting in Ironclad for how the date of last signature is determined. However, if anyone else has had issues with this, how have you addressed it? Do you manually update the date to match the signed document? I'd like to hear what best practices or workarounds others are using. And, lastly, an enhancement to Ironclad in the future to resolve this could be that users are allowed to set a default time zone for execution dates.
Thanks in advance for your insights!
