Hello Ironclad Community,
I am raising an urgent matter that directly affects contract integrity and workflow reliability. I hope to learn whether others have faced similar issues and how they have addressed them.
The Issue
-
When transmitting documents through the Ironclad Add-In for Microsoft Word, counterparty edits are not surfacing as tracked redlines in the most recent version.
-
The expected behavior is straightforward: all edits should appear as tracked changes within Ironclad proper (and Ironclad Add in for Microsoft) for review and reconciliation.
Context
-
I opened a support ticket with screenshots, received a single non-responsive reply, sent two follow-up notes, and provided detailed screenshots and have not heard back from support.
-
I also created a video reproducing the problem, though the portal does not permit video upload.
-
Despite these efforts—and my explicit request that the ticket be escalated—I have received no response.
-
Frankly, I am both surprised and concerned that an issue of this significance has not received the attention it warrants.
Why This Is Urgent
-
This functionality is fundamental to our negotiation process.
-
I have a leadership-level demonstration scheduled next week, and the inability to display core functionality undermines confidence in the platform at a critical moment.
Community Input Requested
-
Has anyone else experienced this redline/turn-tracking gap with the Ironclad Add-In?
-
More broadly, has anyone else encountered delays or limited responsiveness from Ironclad Support?
-
If you have navigated either issue, I would greatly value your insight into potential workarounds or escalation paths.
Thank you in advance for sharing your perspective. The urgency of this matter cannot be overstated, and peer input may prove vital while I continue to seek resolution through official channels.
