Before the major UI update in March 2025, the repository and Dashboard were separate. Our company used this to submit template requests and questions to our legal team. Legal would then delete the record from the repository and treat it as a ticketing system for our team.
That functionality is gone. I have received some "workarounds," notably not having the generated document be saved in the repository. We currently have a record type that is excluded from reports to mitigate this; however, most of us prefer not to have unnecessary record types.
Ironclad should allow an option in the workflow designer to prevent a record from being saved to the repository. That workflow would be marked as completed and would only be visible in the "All" tab. Our team values only having agreements in our repository, which would help declutter it.
This adds more versatility to Ironclad as a platform itself. Would love to hear any feedback. Thanks!
