Our company has a complex SaaS/Service offering, so we don't do many "standard" SOWs. The SOW creation process begins with our Industry Solutions team who, in partnership with the business, drafts the technical scope of the SOW. Only once that happens does the SOW get submitted into Ironclad. The issue I'm trying to solve for is folks always select "Our Paper," because that's correct - it is out paper; however, they also upload/attach the SOW draft, which results in the draft SOW AND the template being generated. The only real work around I've found is to frame the "Our Paper of Theirs" as "Do you have a draft or do you need Legal to draft one?" but if they select "I have a draft," that correlates to Counterparty Paper, which makes it impossible to report on metrics tied to whose paper was used.
