To my knowledge, you cannot @ a group in Ironclad, whether it be in a comment or in the editor. This is causing a bit of a headache in my organization. Adding the ability to @ groups would be great so that you can add multiple participants to a workflow with just @ a group. I can see a straightforward feature: if you are a member of a group that is part of the workflow, you can toggle to reply from your individual account, the group account, or include a small text note indicating "John Doe replied on behalf of Finance Group".
Additionally, a setting in the group allows you to toggle push notifications on or off for its members when the group is tagged. I imagine we would all leave it active, but having the option to turn it off is better.
Similarly, being able to assign Ad-Hoc approvals to a group, rather than just an individual, would be great! There is no option to make approval in the workflow designer optional, so this would be a great alternative, although I also believe that option should exist.
There are too many restrictions like these across Ironclad for admins.
