I recently had an issue where we were building a custom view and couldn't add the correct property to filter the view down, only to discover that some views might be default to no visible. The only way to change this is seemingly within workflow designer (not data manager which would make more sense). I found the solution to my issue, but i'm curious as to when others make certain properties not visible for views and the repository, and to hear why the editing capabilities for this function live within workflow designer rather than data manager or another subset of company settings?
