Leverage contract data for insights and manage Entity families at scale
Contract intelligence starts with accurate, structured data that can be easily searched and analyzed.
- Enhanced AI data extraction: Improved contract extraction automatically detects properties like expiration dates and total contract values that aren't explicitly stated, with better counterparty grouping for cleaner, more reliable contract data. These changes to Smart Import and Run AI will enable you to efficiently track obligations without manually combing through contracts.
- Bulk Entity family management: Spot shared terms, negotiate better discounts, and approach deals with complete visibility into parent companies and subsidiaries. Configure Entity families at scale through API and bulk import to gain full relationship context across your contracts.
Reduce bottlenecks and confusion with seamless Salesforce integration
Eliminate friction between sales and legal teams while enabling efficient large-scale data transfers that keep your revenue engine running smoothly.
- Improved notification links: Accelerate response times and approvals while increasing adoption and reducing confusion. System-generated notifications now include links directly back to Salesforce, keeping sales users in their native system.
- Bulk record sync: Dramatically reduce the time needed for high-volume data transfers between Ironclad and Salesforce with the Salesforce Bulk API. Migrate historical contract data, perform bulk updates, and export large datasets for analysis faster with this integration.
- Default Multi-Org integration: Minimize setup complexity and reliance on admins in our Salesforce integration. Multi-org is now on by default, allowing you to easily connect multiple Salesforce organizations to ironclad.

- Form configuration: Configure properties to display only at the Archive step with enhanced functionality, including conditional logic and required fields.
- EU Data Center for EMEA data processing: EU data from OpenAI-powered products is now processed, stored, and managed within the EU. OpenAI-powered products include AI Assist, AI Playbooks, Smart Import, Run AI, and Jurist.
