I have been using Ironclad for almost three years, and previously, when using the MS Word "Edit in Word" functionality, I could have the document open for any amount of time and be able to save it automatically into Ironclad without saving locally and uploading. In the past couple of months, this is no longer working. I get error messages after about 10 minutes that it is no longer connected. Is anyone else having this issue? Support told me that this is normal, that it times out after 10 minutes and you have to save locally and upload. However, this has not always been the case for me and entirely defeats the purpose of the "Edit in Word" functionality. It's a material decrease in functionality of the entire system in my opinion, because it's one of the reasons I chose Ironclad in the first place. Thanks for any feedback!
