There should be a way for admins to impersonate a specific user and start workflows as that user. This would help with troubleshooting and allowing admins to better understand any issues the user is having.

I am Admin for 300+ users (and 100+ groups) and I need to be able to see exactly what a specific end-user sees, with their permissions and data. It takes such a long time to test whether access is granted correctly and I often have to ask the user themselves to test whether they can access what they need to, which is a really poor user experience (and carries a lot of risk).
