Good morning! Has anyone utilized Ironclad for M & A purposes? I'm wondering if I can configure a segregated workflow/repository that can use AI to provide a first blush review of the contracting piece of a new acquisition. In addition to pulling out basic contract info, maybe change of control data and other metadata we might find helpful in our evaluation. I understand human review is necessary, but I was thinking that there had to be a way to have IC do some of the heavy lifting, with the added bonus that the documents would already be in Ironcload at the close of the transaction.
