I’m exploring options to automate a document that displays workflow approvers associated with a contract at the time it’s sent for signature. The goal is to ensure our internal signer only can view a list of all individuals who approved the workflow—presented alongside the agreement when it’s sent via DocuSign.
In this scenario, the workflow paper source is set to “Counterparty paper,” meaning the workflow does not utilize a template. For example, if I generate an MSA and there are three approvers in the workflow, I’d like those three names to be visible to the signer when the agreement is sent for signature.
We understand this functionality is supported with Ironclad Signature, but our current integration is with DocuSign. If anyone has encountered a similar situation, we’d greatly appreciate any insights, workarounds, or best practices you’ve implemented.
