Does anyone know of a way to have a notification sent when a Counterparty completes the Counterparty Form?
We use the Counterparty Form to gather their legal entity information which is then used to create the initial draft of the contract. However, workflow owners are not being notified (despite having all notifications turned on) when it's completed so they are having to remember to go back into the workflow later (often multiple times) to check if the form has been completed (and draft created) so they can send it out to the Counterparty to review.
Is there a way to set it up so workflow owners get a notification when the Counterparty Form is completed and the workflow has moved into the Review stage?
If not, I would like to request this feature as it causes major delays for us.
