Bulk Converting Contract Relationships

Before I ask this question, keep in mind that our workflows were intially built circa 2019, before some of this fancy stuff was available. 🙂

We have a great deal of contracts that are labeled as Related when really they should be Parent/Child. I was thinking that there should be a way to bulk update in Excel and import, but for some reason I can't seem to wrap my mind around how to make it happen.

Before I hit CoPilot and end up going down a rabbit hole, has anyone else in the Cladiverse handled such a task?
