Good morning! I was told by Ironclad support that this functionality doesn't exist, but I find some pretty creative solutions here sometimes so throwing it out there. I have a workflow that is primarily kicked off through an integration with a Compliance system that pulls in approved rates, hours, etc. There are instances where those fields get updated, and we want to create a review to verify that it has received an updated Compliance approval (the integration only happens for the creation of the request, it won't update in relation to any subsequent changes made in the upstream system). I'd like to create a condition triggering the review only when this field changes from the original value, but was told this isn't possible. Any thoughts would be appreciated here. Thanks!
