We use Ironclad to generate separation agreements, and every so often we run into a timing snag. When someone is on garden leave, we don’t want them signing the release of claims until their actual last day. Right now that means we have to send the agreement, hope they don’t sign too early, then circle back and chase the signature later.
I’m trying to figure out if there’s a better way to handle this inside Ironclad. Ideally we’d keep everything in the same workflow but delay the signature request for just that release section until the correct date. Has anyone found a way to coordinate delayed signatures like this without resorting to manual follow up?
