Notification for when a Counterparty Form has been completed and the contract is ready for review

There needs to be a way to have notifications sent to workflow owners when a counterparty form has been completed and the workflow has moved from the create step to the review step. Right now, owners just have to remember to keep checking the workflow to see if the counterparty form has been filled out or that the workflow has progressed to the review step. The counterparty form is used to collect their legal entity information which is used to create the draft and is then sent to the for review which is part of our process, but there isn't a way to tell the workflow owner that the draft has been created. This is a major pain point for us and often leads to delays.

Hey Megan,

I think the only way to address this is to have the workflow owner be the first approver in the approval chain once a counterparty form is completed as this way they will get a notification saying its time to review.

This may not work for you in your situation if the workflow owner isn't an approver but we use counterparty forms often at my company and we have it so the workflow owner is the first in line to approve or prep for signature if no additional approvals are needed.
