Wondering if anyone has advice on using custom emails via Ironclad to go out when a document is executed. We've configured the email already and have been using it, but our business users don't find it helpful when it lands in there inbox.
A few problems we've run into: 1. When using a text box from the workflow it removes any formatting and inserts the information as a wall of text in the email and is hard to read; 2. The email goes out automatically upon document execution with no ability to edit or revise the email; 3. Information needed for the document is dynamic so it's hard to create one standard email template that can be used each time (conversely, we don't want to create so many custom emails they become unwieldy to maintain).
Has anyone found a solve for the above? We've thought about adding review only questions that could populate based on the contract type and then could be filled in right before the contract is approved and signed, but that brings it's own complications.
