I'm wondering if anyone has run into the scenario where the business is requesting legal to add legacy contracts to Ironclad before the workflow that would manage said contracts later is built. To me this seems like a recipe for disaster.
- Reason #1a: The data would be unreliable.
- Reason #1b: Someone would have to go back through those imported contracts and re-verify the data against the properties in the workflow.
- Reason #2: We don't have Obligations, so the custom dates and properties the business is keen to track aren't going to mean much to anyone, anyway.
Anything else I should be thinking about?
