Have we yet a Dashboard view of which users/groups have access to Repository records?
At my current company, we have a person whose role (access management across systems) is oversight as to who can see what in Ironclad Repository.
I have explained: Default = Requestor may only view their Workflow/Record, ... and then we customize:
- Groups; Configure Groups
- Record; open Record and scroll to see Groups or Users who can View/Edit that Record
... but this person's role has no time for such drilling down. It would be helpful to have a Dashboard view of Repository Record Access.
As a workaround, I do use Department as a Property, and I created a Custom View w/Department as a column, and informed her that if the Department is specified, then that means I have added that Department/Group as View access to that Record, and anyone in that Group can view their Department's Records, but again, it'd be helpful if she had a nice dashboard to view access of each record's allowed User/Group assignment to that Record, instead of relying on my standard practice.
