It seems odd that the functionality for bold, italics, underline, numerical, and bulleted lists exist in Custom Email templates but not in the Review stage default email or the eSignature Packet email templates.
For us, we need to include quite a bit of instructions for counterparties in both of those emails and it would be much more effective if we could call attention to items of higher importance.
