The Ideas chat should be incorporated into the User Forum. Most feature requests already end up in the User Forum, and users don’t appear to check the Ideas chat to see whether features have been requested before. I recently encouraged a user to copy their post from the Ideas chat into the User Forum, where it received significant community feedback and was quickly acknowledged and acted on by Ironclad administrators. It appears that the Ideas chat is underused by the community and less actively monitored by Ironclad than the User Forum. I recommend consolidating Ideas into the User Forum—perhaps as a labeled or colored “pill” in the Title of each topic (e.g.,"💡 Feature Request" or “💡 Idea”). This would centralize all conversations, reduce overlap, and eliminate the need for users and support to switch between chat groups. It would also make it easier for Ironclad to identify feature requests with the most views and engagement and escalate them to the Ironclad Product Team.
